Why email marketing?

Engage Customers. Build Strong Relationships.

Email marketing helps you keep customers and prospects engaged by using attractive, professional-looking email communications to stay in regular touch with them and build strong relationships. It's better and more effective than many other promotional tools. You can engage and educate your clients and potential customers with newsletters, special offers, event invitations, marketing materials, or other documents.

One of the biggest advantages to using email marketing is the tracking capabilities. With most services you'll have access to reports on bounced, forwarded, delivered/undeliverable and sent emails; as well as conversions, click-throughs and more.

Once you have a professioally designed and branded template, you can even schedule email delivery for when your audience is most likely to check email, so you'll increase the likelihood they'll read it and take action. Using your own database list, you can create smaller customer lists based on their interests. Then you can send more relevant and targeted messages to them. They'll be more likely to respond – and more likely to act on your emails.

Email marketing offers several advantages over traditional (print based) direct mail:
- Your message is delivered virtually instantaneously.
- Your customers can respond to your promotion immediately.
- You can track the process of your campaign in real time.
- Your message can be specifically targeted at those groups most likely to respond to your promotion.
- The message can link directly to your website with a simple point-and-click.
- The overall cost is substantially lower than other direct marketing.
